Supporting Migrant Mothers' Labour Market Integration

Mums@Work aims to improve the social integration and employability of mothers with a migration background. Together with local employers, social responsibility is lived and the compatibility of family and work is improved. Through individual support services and tailor-made solutions developed together with the mothers, a perspective is designed beyond the project period.

Key activities:
- Needs analysis of the current state of labour market integration of mothers with migration background in all partner countries
- Vocational orientation and labour market integration with the possibility for participants to help shape their own labour market prospects and receive targeted counselling in the process
- Employer matching and gaining work experience to facilitate access to the labour market
- Building a local and transnational network of mothers with migration background
- Building a local and transnational network of employers with social responsibility
